I didn't receive the 2nd Key even tho it says 2nd key available, tried calling few times, each time had an excuse and promise to call back, but never received the call back, neither my phone was picked when I call back later at times. I was lied to throughout!

I had informed them in advance that the car I owned was not in good condition, but after signing the documents, I was forced to accept a change in the trade-in amount.
Regarding the car key, they said they would order a spare key, but when I contacted them later, they claimed they had never said such a thing.

He was super rude and very disrespectful, which left a negative impression. However, once I switched to Hector, everything changed for the better. Hector was professional and attentive, making sure all my concerns were addressed. Thanks to him, we were able to seal the deal seamlessly. Sara is great at her job buying a car from her was the easiest process ever
It was all good up until the very last minute when they told me they didn't have the second for me when I had initially asked them and they said yes. I believe the manager had told me to reach out to them within the middle of May so they can give me my second key. I'm hoping they can fulfill that for me. That would make the experience 5 starts.
